Bulk Rock Salt by the Ton. Bulk rock salt by the ton for snow plow contractors, landscapers, property managers, municipalities and anyone with more pavement than a few bags will cover. Coarse, consistent granulation that spreads evenly through a tailgate or V-box spreader, stocked at both yards all winter so you can load during the storm, not after it.
Details
- Sold by: the ton; 1 to 20 tons per delivery, call (856) 589-3953 for larger orders
- Material: coarse sodium chloride rock salt
- Loading: front loader into your dump truck, trailer or salt box at either yard
- Delivery: our own dump trucks, 1 to 20 tons per load, priced by distance
- Storage: keep it covered and dry; a tarp over the pile or a salt bin prevents clumping
Best for
- Parking lots, commercial sites, schools and industrial facilities
- Snow plow and landscape contractors restocking between storms
- Municipal and HOA roads and walkways
- Farms, warehouses and large private driveways
Good to know
- Call us with your square footage or route and we will size the order; most contractors start with a few tons and top up between storms.
- Pre-treating pavement before a storm takes less salt than clearing ice after it bonds.
- Rock salt works best above 15 degrees Fahrenheit; below that, blend with calcium chloride or use a treated product.
