It keeps the same 7-gauge welded deck and Hydro-Gear 3400 commercial transaxles as the bigger Revolts, but at 48" it slips through fence gates and down side yards that stop a full-size rider. For crews running tight residential routes, that is the difference between mowing the back yard and pushing it.

Which Revolt size should you buy?
Choose the 48" when gate width decides the job. If your properties are open enough to run wider, the 54" and 61" cover more ground per hour. The 36" is the one for truly narrow gates and courtyard-sized lawns.
