You still get a 7-gauge fabricated steel deck and a 2" x 2" all-steel frame instead of the stamped deck and channel frame you find on box-store mowers, at a width that fits through most fence gates and parks in a normal garage.

48" or 54"?
Measure your narrowest gate before you decide. If everything opens to 50" or more, the MZ Magnum 54" finishes noticeably faster for a small price difference. If you have a standard 48" gate or a lot of trees and beds to work around, the 48" is the one that will actually get used everywhere.
